Recently, three lathes independently developed and manufactured by our company have successfully passed all acceptance tests with excellent performance indicators, and are now fully prepared for shipment to our valued overseas customer. The three lathes include one slant-bed CNC lathe, one conventional lathe and a CNC lathe, each with unique performance advantages and precise parameter configurations to meet the diverse processing needs of overseas customers:
The first one is the AP36 slant-bed CNC lathe. As a high-precision and high-efficiency processing equipment, it has a maximum swing diameter over bed of 260mm, a maximum turning length of 280mm, and a guideway width of 260mm. Equipped with a servo feeder, it can achieve stable and precise automatic feeding, matching its high-precision processing performance. Its slant-bed structure effectively improves the stability of the equipment during high-speed operation, reduces tool wear, and also facilitates chip removal. Ensures the precision of processed workpieces, which is suitable for batch processing of small and medium-sized precision parts.
The second one is the CQ6140 ordinary lathe. With its robust structure and reliable performance, this equipment is widely used in various mechanical processing scenarios. It has a maximum swing diameter over bed of 400mm, a maximum turning length of 1850mm, and a guideway width of 400mm. It can efficiently complete the turning of large-length and medium-sized workpieces, with the characteristics of simple operation, easy maintenance and strong adaptability.
The third one is the CK0640 CNC lathe. This equipment combines the advantages of high automation and high precision, with a maximum swing diameter over bed of 300mm, a maximum turning length of 180mm, and a guideway width of 400mm. It is equipped with advanced CNC control system and a pneumatic feeder, which can realize automatic programming, precise processing as well as automatic loading and unloading. This greatly improves production efficiency and processing quality, reduces manual operation intensity, and is especially suitable for precision processing of small parts in batch production.
