All our lathes have one full year warranty, and we provide technical guidance by Email or telephone for the free charge during the whole lifetime of our lathes.
We have 7*24 hours after-sale service team who is ready to answer any questions from the customer. Our after-sale team is composed of the most experienced staff in our company.

During the warranty period, we will provide customer new spare part (excluding wearing parts) by aviation express in case any spare part is broken.

For small lathe, installation and commission can be done client easily; For big and complicated lathe, client should pay for round flight tickets between China and the country of final customer, accommodation and traffic cost in the country of final customer for Chinese installation team. The whole installation takes about 7 days. We will send 1 electrician, 1 machinist and 1 English-speaking translator.
