Characteristic





Bed

The bed of CK84 series CNC roll lathe adopts box structure and strong and tough MEHANITE cast iron (HT-250). It is cast by whole piece casting technology, so it has the characteristics of strong overall rigidity, good precision retention and high reliability.

The high rigidity 3 guideways structure is adopted, the feed guideway and the tailstock guideway are separated, the workpiece interference range is reduced. It has highprecision and it is convenient for chip discharging.It is suitable for the precision machining of high speed steel rolls, high boron steel rolls, laser cladding rolls and ordinary rolls.

Chuck

This lathe adopts φ1800 mm4-jaw manual independent chuck, the workpiece clamping is convenient, safe and reliable.
Hard jaws are used in rough machining and soft jaws are used in fine machining.

Other hydraulic or pneumatic chuck is optional

Turret

The lathe is equipped with frame type turret. The frame turret is suitable to installed on heavyduty horizontallathes for rough and finish cutingof various shaft pats, especially for heavy cutting (rough cutting) andcutting of stepped shafts, deep grooves and end faces. The tool platesare divided into main tool plate andauxiliary tool plate, which are arranged on the 2 sides of the frametype turret body. They can beindependently extended and retracted, and they are fixed on the turret body with pressing plate. Theextension length of the tool plate can be determined according to processing request.
